This Luxury Vacation Home has Four Bedrooms, Two Full Baths, Central Air-Conditioning and Over 2,000 square feet of Living Space for up to 14 Guests. Beautifully Decorated and Furnished with Modern Comforts. Located Directly on Hubbard Lake.

First Floor: Full Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Area, One Queen Bedroom and One Full Bed Room, Full Bath, Laundry Room/ Mud Room.

Second Floor: Over-sized Master Bedroom with Two Queen Beds, Over-sized Second Bedroom ;One Full Bed and 3 Twins, Full Bath.

Amenities Include 40 foot dock(from Memorial Day thru Labor Day ), row boat, play area, lawn furniture, picnic tables, fire pit - firewood provided (not maintained after Labor Day/unless requested) and gas grill with propane provided. Wi-Fi, Cable Service. Check-out cleaning included.

Bring your own Boat or Rent a Pontoon Boat from the Local Marina, you are responsible for any damage either way.

Located directly on Hubbard Lake, the second largest inland lake in the state in one of Michigan’s premiere resort areas. Ideally suited for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, water-skiing, canoeing, kayaking and all outdoor sports. Other nearby recreational activities available include golf, hiking, off-road trails, and seasonal color tours. Alpena is just a 30-minute drive where you can also take in a movie, festival, live theater production, or enjoy shopping in downtown.

Once you stay a week this home you’ll start calling it your home-away-from-home. Enjoy the lake by day and crackling fire at night with Beautiful sunsets.

The Singing Oak Lodge is not just a cozy getaway with an inviting environment; it’s a year round outdoor sportsmen’s paradise. We welcome hunters, snowmobilers, ice-fisherman and winter lovers to enjoy this majestic space on the shores of Hubbard Lake. Hubbard Lake covers 8,850 acres and is seven miles long (north-south) and two miles wide. It has a maximum depth of 85 feet with an average depth of 32.6 feet. The lake spans three townships: Caledonia, Alcona, and Hawes. This lake is known for its excellent bass, trout, walleye and yellow perch fishing and as a winter ice-fishing spot.

Summer weekly Rate: Rate plus Michigan Sales Tax and Refundable Security Deposit. Off- Season Nightly Rate, Minimum Two Nights, Plus Tax and Security Deposit.

This house is just perfect with a beautiful location on Hubbard Lake . Very spacious and family friendly. we were there for a wedding at Churchill Pointe which was only 3 houses away. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Anither great family trip!

The property and lake were both so beautiful. The cabin was very clean and spacious and the owner had everything we needed for a long weekend. There were 13 of us total, including adults and young children and we had a great time. No complaints! I would definitely go back again.

This is an outstanding property there is plenty of room for everyone the deck looking out to the lake is huge i was very impressed with the kithen. This home was beautiful and had so much space, better than pictured. Location was great, stores/bar were within 10 minutes. Couple updates, comfy wrap around couch an no bunk upstairs. They changed it to three single beds. Would definitely stay again. 💙

Family reunion

We had a wonderful sibling reunion on Lake Hubbard at this beautiful property. Its the perfect layout for our group of 8. So much room for cooking, lounging, games and the fire pit on the water made for memorable evenings. Beautiful area for walks and tons of room for yard games and outdoor activities. Highly recommend.

Yoga Retreat at Singing Oaks

This was a perfect setting for our yoga retreat. Clean and spacious with beautiful views of mighty Hubbard Lake. We enjoyed bonfires at night, a hike in the nearby nature preserve, horseback riding at Lost Lake Woods and of course plenty of yoga. We cooked all of our gourmet meals in the home and when we needed something our calls were answered immediately. Thank you for helping our yoga retreat to be a success.

Hubbard Lake Family Vacation 2023

This was our 3rd year at Singing Oaks and it was awesome. The lake is so clean, the boat lift is very convenient, the house comfortably sleeps everyone, kitchen/family room is cozy and the fire pit is super fun. My favorite part is sitting up on the edge of the water and watching all the action. We’ll be back next year and many years to come. Great family memories.

The accommodations were great. Very nice, comfortable, great for a large group. No ATV access to the lake from the property. Easy walk to ice fishing depth. We will go back next year and hope the fishing improves!!

Great home to escape to!

This house was beautiful inside and out! Your back yard is the lake. We had a family of 11, and it was more than enough room. It does get really warm at night but glad the fans were provided for the upstairs room. The only thing I would be careful with is the carpeting in the first floor bathroom. But other than that everything was great. Check in was a breeze and communication was quick with the owner. There are neighbors on both side but everyone was very quiet and didn’t bother us. Thank you Melissa for having us! It was a great stay! Would highly recommend it!

Fabulous Week!

What a great week at Hubbard Lake! First, the lake is HUGE. Never figured out the fishing, but sure had fun trying. Melissa was amazing. We were going to need a boat lift for our pontoon rental, one magically appeared! Brand new dock. Brand new sectional couch that fit our big family. But the heart of this stocked home is definitely the kitchen. It’s huge and Melissa has anticipated everything you could possibly need. Our family of 15 - ranging in age from 10 months to 70 - moved flawlessly in this welcoming food space. We cooked and ate every meal there. Two refrigerators - what a blessing! When we weren’t cooking, we were all on the big deck, the large yard, or in the water. The kids had a blast in the water catching crawfish. Great vacation. Beautiful place. Thanks, Melissa!

This is one of the best properties and the lake view was beautiful! The docks were pulled because it was October and that was fine. The kitchen was so well stocked! Thank you! We went golfing and it was a beautiful course and the leaves and trees were gorgeous.The only slight complaint was the downstairs bathroom carpet needs to be replaced with a non carpet floor. It appeared stained and not clean. We will surely stay there again!

The location was fantastic. We were able to locate restaurants and golf near by and no issues with booking. Neighbours were also kind and accommodating. There were construction materials on site and the previous dock that took away space in front and back yard and were a bit of an eyesore. Don’t get me wrong, we loved the place, lots of space and the landlord was immediate in addressing needs. The one take away that was a frustration was washing the towels and dishes prior to our departure. The dishwasher takes about two hours to cycle and about same to wash towels from morning showers. It felt that we were just hanging around and waiting. If this could be changed I would have provided this property with even a higher review. Thanks for the stay. Our family truly enjoyed.

Stayed for 9 nights. Kitchen very large and functional. Family loved the couch and recliners facing a beautiful view of the lake. Rented pontoon from Viking Marine. They were super helpful. Eating area for 11 inside. Two picnic tables on the deck and a wonderful fire pit area with loads of chairs near the lake.
