The Space:

You step onto a palm‑lined street in Davenport and feel the warm Florida air invite you to unwind. Mornings start with coffee in a bright, open living space that flows into a full kitchen and dining area, while afternoons drift between a sparkling pool (heat available for a fee) and friendly competition in a dedicated game room. Evenings settle into relaxed conversations around the TV, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers six bedrooms across two levels, providing a total of eight beds for up to twelve guests.

- Bedroom 1 (downstairs): 1 Queen Bed, sleeps 2

- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 1 King Bed, sleeps 2

- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 1 King Bed, sleeps 2

- Bedroom 4 (upstairs): 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed, sleeps 2

- Bedroom 5 (upstairs): 2 Twin Beds, sleeps 2

- Bedroom 6 (upstairs): 1 Queen Bed, sleeps 2

Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, clothing storage and hangers are provided.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a pool area framed by comfortable outdoor furniture. The pool can be heated for an additional charge, and a hot tub invites you to soak under the evening sky. Resort access at ChampionsGate lets you enjoy shared amenities such as additional pools, a lazy river, and a fitness center.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a dishwasher, and ample counter space makes meal preparation easy. A nearby dining table seats the group, and children’s dinnerware plus a high chair simplify family meals.



Game room & entertainment

The game room features an air‑hockey table and foosball, offering built‑in fun for all ages without leaving the house.



Comforts & conveniences

Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a washer‑dryer keep the home comfortable for short visits or longer stays. Self‑check‑in via smart lock adds flexibility, and the property welcomes pets, making it truly pet‑friendly.



Location & nearby attractions

Located at The Retreat at ChampionsGate, you’re about 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. Restaurants, shops and everyday conveniences are within easy reach, allowing you to balance theme‑park excitement with downtime at home.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



Up to (3) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
