Beautiful property with easy access to Seguin and New Braunfels but tucked away towards the end of a private road. Plenty of space for our family and we enjoyed the provided amenities.

Just left the Rosewood today. This property was perfect for our large family. 8 adults, 7 children and room for everyone. The large covered patio was the perfect hang out. The kids, young and not so young, loved swimming in the river and fishing off the docks. Conveniently located to both Seguin and New Braunfels for any activities you may want to do so. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Would 100% stay here again.

Great time at this house. Large family. Being on the river was a lot of fun for the kids, some kayaking etc. Also fun for the kids at the fire pit. This is definitely great for close extended families. Communication was immediate by the host, answered right away and helped with any inquiries.

Beautiful property good for family/friend groups. The bunk room and twin bed trundle entrance are through the main floor master bedroom just for reference. The property manger was great and brought in a grill for us to be able to use. Would stay again.
