Private unit has one bedroom, with queen size bed, closet and smart TV. Kitchen includes a two burner range top, fridge, sink, microwave and air fryer. Washer/dryer in the unit is shared (only shared space). Two bathrooms, one half bath and other has a shower. Comfy living area features smart TV. Small storage room. Centrally-located and near grocery stores, parks and shops! 30 day + stay. Just two blocks from Benson Sculpture Garden. Less than one mile from a brand new city bus depot.
This space is perfect for one person or a couple.
The host lives in the unit above. The only shared space is the laundry room. This unit has it's own private entrance.
The basement unit is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Shopping is a short drive away. There are parks and lakes a couple of blocks away.
There is a bus stop about a block away.
