This home was our primary home for many years and we enjoyed the location and neighborhood very much. We now enjoy welcoming guests for longer stays and giving people a safe and comfortable space to live while they have to be away from home.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is full of homes built in the 50s and 60s surrounded by mature trees. There are sidewalks on all streets, has easy access to a bus line, and it's even walkable to a small shopping area with grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants about one to one and a half miles away.
What makes this property unique
This home has two skylights with powered blinds in the main living area giving guests the ability to brighten or darken the space. The surrounding yard space is inviting with patios in both the front yard and the back yard. The back yard is very private with numerous garden beds and dining space.
