This property is very nice and the communication was excellent. The kids (and us parents!) loved the foosball table! Communication was great - the home was nice and clean. While not the property owners' fault, we did not love the New Haven area and were disappointed in the city (we thought it would be cleaner and more family-friendly since it was near Yale, but it's definitely not).

The home itself was very nice and quite clean, but the central AC failed on our second night. While the first night without it was manageable with open windows, the next day was a struggle due to weekend repair delays. To the host's credit, she communicated well and bought three window units, which I offered to install, to cool the house for our final two nights. It was a stressful hiccup, but the host did her best to make it right and immediately issued a partial refund for the inconvenience."
