Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get places from this location. House had comfortable beds and plenty of space. Garage parking was a bonus! Franks and Betty were wonderful hosts!

We were blown away by the wonderful condition of this home. One thing we really appreciated was being able to park in the garage with a garage door opener available to use during our stay. Plenty of room for the four adults and everything we needed. So glad we found farmhouse fresh!

This property is located in a great place close to the bike trails and downtown Bentonville. Plus it’s only 30 minutes from Beaver Lake.

Great location-home away from home

This house was very clean and comfortable, and an easy 20 minute walk from the town square, many restaurants, and Crystal Bridges Museum. We appreciated the easy check-in and check-out instructions, and everything we needed was in the house. We enjoyed our stay!
