Charming 3-bedroom house in Saw Creek private Community in the Poconos.
Discover the beauty of Saw Creek from this delightful 3-bedroom house. With 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, this charming property offers a cozy living room with 2 futons for extra space. Guests can enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. Located in a serene setting, this marvelous house is the perfect retreat for your getaway. Enjoy all that Saw Creek has to offer when you stay at our place.
Booking with us does not mean the establishing of a landlord tenant relationship; you are confirming you have a primary home, and that your stay is transient.
Guests will have access to entire house. Community amenities not included. Heater controls are all around the house including bedrooms. Please be considerate and leave the temperature in the living room set at 55* degrees when you leave (during winter) with all bedrooms and bathroom doors opened.
Please no shoes inside the house.
Please open fireplace vent before using it and leave closed before checkout.
Garbage should be left in the porch tightly closed. Also, you can take garbage to the compactor area where all garbage is deposited near community exits.
There is no air conditioning in the house as temperature tend to be cooler in the region where the house is located.
We will be available remotely in case you have any issues; we are highly responsive when contacted.

We are supper excited to be hosting through VRBO. We love to travel extensively and know that those who book our lovely house will have a great time. We are highly responsive to inquiries and do our very best to ensure our guests are fully satisfied with their stay.
Why they chose this property
The Poconos, PA is an area with lots of open spaces, trails, water falls, and woods. We are able to appreciate nature; see deer, birds, and other beautiful animals.
What makes this property unique
Our house has some nice art work that my mother painted amongst other artists from Spain, Ecuador, and Dominican Republic. The deck is relatively large/comfortable and the porch is accessible though the deck and the house. You will definitely be relaxed in our house.
