The villa is a beach front, brand new exclusive property constructed in 2017. The properties are ideally located on a dead-end small street, in the middle of a unique plot of 5500 sqm, offering a peaceful surrounding in the south-eastern side up on a hill that oversees the famous golden beach of Kalo Livadi and has breathtaking view to the sea as well as to a wider group of the Aegean islands.
The property is secluded and quiet and it is ideal for intimate and discreet holidays, although offering a wide range of options for recreational activities and fun. The house is located in a walking distance of 8 min to the golden sandy beach of Kalo Livadi and some of the most reputed restaurants and beach bars of Mykonos.
The villas, distinguish themselves for the unique view and elegance as well as for the possibility to be rented together for large groups of adults while still granting privacy one from the other.
Indoors, each villa, is fully equipped with minimal but luxury and comfortable furnishing and large sofas allowing an easy and really enjoyable stay.
This villa is a spacious 70 sqm two-room property, consisted of a large living room with two large sofas and pillows, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, a separate WC and the bedroom.
The bedroom has an amazing view facing the sunrise over the Aegean sea and is equipped with a double bed (COCO-MAT sleeping system), air-conditioning and a wall mounted smart TV 32”.
The outdoor area, includes one private, beach front, distinct dinning/lounge pergola-shaded area with large sofas and sun loungers offering a unique panoramic view to the Kalo Livadi beach and the Aegean Islands.
