This old stone house was built more than 100 years ago.
Much effort has been invested in the complete reconstruction of this old detached house.
Holiday home Darko is part of detached house (52m2), built on 3 floors;
*on the ground floor there is a lobby, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining room and a TV.
*On the 1st floor there is a main bedroom with a double bed, a built in wardrobe and a balcony - enjoy drinking morning coffee with view on greenery, flowers, garden, pool...
*On the attic there is a unusual shaped bedroom with 2 separate beds ideal for bigger kids.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, while on the ground floor there is no need for air conditioning due to the thick walls that keep the cold in the summer days.

Although smaller residential quarters, the facility offers many outdoor facilities; a covered balcony with chairs, barbecue area and dining in the yard, garden swing, pool 28m2 with sun chairs, table tennis and outdoor place for play and socializing. You can enjoy at the lawn next to the pool where you can play badminton or football.

Throughout the year you can enjoy Mediterranean herbs, and you can also pick seasonal fruits; figs, grapes, vegetables ...

Režanci is a small village near Svetvinčenat in Istria.
If you want peacefull, green environment this place is ideal for you.
