There are 4 bedrooms located on the upper level. We have both kids rooms and rooms for the adults making it a perfect family getaway! Downstairs you will find the 5th bedroom with a pull out couch with direct access to the game room and screened in porch PLUS full bathroom.

The house has a large eat in kitchen along with an open formal dinning room that looks into the living room with a table that comfortably seats 6.

Our property also has a long driveway and basketball hoop which is great for all types of activities!
Keyless Entry is used throughout the property. You have access to the entire property except for the garage.
Pets must remain on first level of home and cannot be in any of the beds for any reason. Also please keep pets on a leash at all times outside as the neighbors also have dogs.
Please note that top bunk beds have a weight capacity of 120lbs. Large adults should not be sleeping in top bunks. Broken beds will result in fees.
Fees of 250.00 will be charged for loss or damage to the kitchen light remote. If lost or damaged we have to replace the entire light.
Make sure to secure hot tub after each use. Rotate the boards onto the cover to secure it from blowing open.
