The Wellness Sanctuary (Shared with Host)

Our retreat is built for the `Fire & Ice` ritual, or better known as the “Nordic Cycle” which truly shines in the winter months. After a day in the crisp air, our recovery circuit is ready to warm you to the bone.

The Wood-Fired Cedar Sauna: Deep, aromatic heat that serves as the heart of the retreat. It’s the ultimate way to quiet the mind and thaw out after a winter hike.

The Cold Plunge: A revitalizing, crisp experience. In the winter, the contrast between the snow and the water creates an unparalleled natural high. (Optional-or just enjoy the cold air)

Spa Amenities: To ensure your comfort, plush spa robes, fresh towels and slippers are provided for every guest, allowing you to move between the elements in total relaxation.

The Ritual: Moving between the heat and the cold is a centuries-old tradition for deep relaxation and the best sleep of your life.

Cozy Indoor Fireplace: On evenings, the indoor fireplace is available for you to relax by the glow of the flames.
