The condo was very clean. The furnishings and the way it was decorated was great! Steve and Kate thought of everything necessary for our stay. Their communication and flexibility was really appreciated! We loved the pool with the water view! We would definitely go back again!

The place was very nice and updated. There were plenty of supplies for cooking and cleaning, etc. When we needed additional items, the host Steven was very accommodating. We found the location to be convenient to downtown Saint Pete the beach and the highway for reaching Tampa and Sarasota. The property amenities, Pickleball, two swimming pools, shuffleboard, exercise room were a plus. We did find the furniture on the deck needs updating. The host provided kayaks for our use and we very much appreciate that. In all the place worked well for our two month stay and we recommend this unit for your visit to St Pete!

Once I get an idea in my mind there's no stopping my efforts. Even if I'm pretty sure I know I'm going to fail. I hope everybody lives their life to the fullest and has no regrets.

Why they chose this property

It's on the Gulf Coast. The community sits right on Tampa Bay which basically looks like an ocean. It's 15 minutes from downtown and the beach. There is a canal right off the back deck where you can get on a boat and get right to the ocean. It's perfectly situated for privacy and amazing views but close enough to get to any busy part of St Petersburg.

What makes this property unique

It is freshly remodeled and tastefully decorated. It has its own washer and dryer and an updated bathroom and kitchen. There is a pullout sofa for additional guests in the living room. The back deck has amazing sunrise views. There is already so much there excited to give me the key today. Two pools, hot tubs, gym, bar, yacht club, pier, tennis, pickleball, basketball and more.
