* Parking * There is enough parking for 2 cars, 1 midsize sedan or smaller can fit in the garage and an SUV or smaller can fit in the driveway if pulled forward fully. The city ordinance technically forbids street parking, however there has never been an issue with street parking properly.
Pet friendly with $100 pet fee. We ask that pets not be allowed on furniture and that you clean up after your pets.
Please note: this home is located in a transitional neighborhood. While it is safe, it might not be the traditional neighborhood you are used to.
Please only park in driveway. NO street parking. Guests will be fined for parking on street.
