SPACIOUS CONDO:
This spacious two bedroom oceanfront condo accommodates up to eight people with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two double beds in the guest bedroom. The living room features a sleeper sofa. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony and complimentary wi-fi.

FAMILY RESORT:
Perfect property for families. The resort's water park features a lazy river, a water slide, large pool, kids splash pad, and a large jacuzzi. There's also a poolside tiki bar and a restaurant onsite, complimentary movie theater, indoor playground, game room, fitness center, sauna, miniature golf, ping pong, billiards, playground, BBQ grill, activities staff with a daily scheduled activities such as bingo, arts and crafts, shows, and so much more.

Resort offers complimentary parking.

GREAT LOCATION:
Pier within walking distance. Various restaurants within a mile. Central Cocoa Beach, 4 miles away. Port Canaveral a mile away. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 miles away. Kennedy Space Center is 18 miles away (this is the closest family resort to Kennedy Space Center).

NOTE: The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. One building is near the beach and the other building is near the resort's water park.

*There's a golf cart shuttle, or you may walk to the beach/pool. It's only a few minutes if you walk.

Holiday Inn Cape Canaveral Resort

We had a fabulous time in our ocean view condo! Close to the beach and a short distance to the pools, it was perfect. The pools had plenty of seating and tables so we never felt pressure to reserve seats. The lazy River and slides were the best!

Amazing Overall Experience

This was an overall 5/5 experience. This was our first time here. The rental company was very responsive to any message that I sent and even checked in on the second day to make sure that there were no issues and things were going well. The resort was very clean. The lazy river/slide/pools were a total hit for everyone in our group. Watching the cruise ships go in and out was so cool. There were many events at the resort that were family friendly. We will definitely be back in the future.

Great Ocean Front Condo!!!

Loved sitting on the expansive balcony enjoying the ocean front view while sipping my morning coffee. The condo had all the amenities of home (fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, in unit washer/dryer, spacious accommodations) coupled with the amenities of a family friendly resort (restaurant, putt-putt golf, arcade, free movie theater, water park, pools, hot tub and of course the BEACH/OCEAN). Sadly, the indoor playground was no longer there in March 2023. There was ample parking right next to our ocean front building making it a breeze for loading and unloading the car. There was a free shuttle to and from the condo building to the resort attractions making it unnecessary to take the car or walk (SHOUT OUT to Will, thank you for assisting my mother with getting on and off the shuttle). Resort Rentals International (host) was easy to book with and the staff at the resort were amazingly nice and friendly! NOTE: This is a CASHLESS resort, meaning only credit/debit cards are accepted at the on-site restaurant, poolside bar, and mini convenient store. If you feel inclined, you can still tip with cash. Also, the restaurant is a quasi-full service. You order at the counter or bar and pay you bill in full at the time of ordering. They will give you a number to be placed on the table of your choosing. Your food will be delivered to your table (similar to how fast food places work but with much better food). Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection!

Family Vacation Covid 2020

Overall the property did a great job with COVID. The property is super clean and the staff was amazing. Shout out to my front end ladies and Chris for all the dinner shout outs (huge help)! We had an oceanfront room on the 3rd floor with a great view. A lot further away than I thought, but not a huge deal. The beach is HUGE! Plenty of room for social distancing for sure and no worries about people piling on top of you. The ocean was amazing for the Atlantic side this week. As far as amenities... we used the putt putt course which I must say we enjoyed! Along with the water slide and lazy river at the main pool. Water slide is open 11:30-1:30 and 3:30-5:30 pm Thur- Sun. This is quite fun for the kids and adults as well. Make reservations! They will give you a slip of paper and set your clocks to schedule timings! We never used the signature pool but for adults it is great just not close to the bar area 😎. Cape did a great job with food and drinks. Awesome service! Overall a 4 just because check in was a bit of a disaster for us, (room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm) stated 4 and we called for early check in and made it by 2:30. I knew it was a long shot for it, but with a family that drove 12 hours just needed to get out lol. So we visited a Mexican restaurant and checked in after. Overall I would come back for sure! Thanks for everything guys! Update: Movie and Arcade area is closed!

We had an awesome time at Holiday Inn Club Vacations! The room and complex was clean, the staff was friendly and there was a ton to do without having to leave!! The restaurant was delicious. We ordered from there almost every day! We can’t wait to come back!

Nice place but vrbo pics were misleading

Nice place with nice staff, the only thing that bothered me was it wasn’t at all what I thought I was booking. The pics are of an oceanfront condo, there is an ocean front option for one week during an entire year! So why use those pics if it’s not to be misleading??

Great place for teens

We stayed in a unit on the ocean. Amazing view. Great access to the ocean. They had beach recliners and umbrellas to rent for cheap on beach in front of our building. Good waves. Boogie boarded and rented surf boards. Resort also had a great pool with slides, hot tub and lazy river. Best part was a basketball court for my 16 year old son. He met lots of teen age boys and they played after dinner every night for hours. I felt it was a great Covid friendly vacation. The beach was busy but safe. We had lots of restaurants within a couple miles. We also rented bikes.

Xmas/New Years stay

We ended up with a unit much better than the VRBO image. It looked recently updated and was well done and very clean. Nice kitchen with new appliances. The pool was excellent, however it closes daily from 2-3 for cleaning. I understand completely but it was a little inconvenient. They should have spent this time cleaning the elevators a little more as the one near the parking lot was dirty for a couple days. Putt Putt golf looked like a nice little attraction but we did not get a chance to use it. Grocery store and restaurants were within a few miles so the location was great. The beach was a tiny bit crowded right in front but you can move down a little for more space. We had a very nice stay and would visit again as well as recommend to friends and family.

This Resort thought of everything in the unit and outside for the family to enjoy. Many things to do within the Resort, the heated pool was nice for December, close to everything Orlando and the Theme Parks and much more.
