The home was beautiful and in a great location. We had 11 of us stay here and it never felt crowded. Joe ensured that we had everything we needed and was easy to reach if we had any questions. Would recommend this home!

This was the most beautifully furnished house we’ve ever rented! Everything we needed was there. The host was so helpful, answering all our questions and concerns quickly. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’m already looking forward to staying again someday.

Joe was an excellent host. We communicated frequently before and during our trip and he always responded quickly. The house was big and roomy enough to hold a large crowd. All of the appliances were updated and worked well.

The beds were so comfortable. The hot tub was nice and clean. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed the large dinning table perfect for game night. The fire pit was wonderful for the morning and evening to take the chill off with a nice cup of coffee in the trees. Plenty of bathrooms /showers. Thank you for labeling the light switches. Hahaha

We have rented a few homes in the Massanutten resort. This house was by far one of our most favorite! This was a last minute booking for JMU Family weekend. Joe was great to work with and his communication was excellent. The decor is adorable, everything newly renovated, and fully equipped from top to bottom. We have all college kids, but this house would be just as perfect if you have small children. There are some really nice touches for kids, especially the cute reading room that is tucked in the master suite. They have really thought of everything. 10 out of 10!
