*The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a sunset dinner.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 baths, great space.

*2 queen beds and 1 pullout sofa.

*Laundry room available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire unit.

The house was very nice and close to the beach. However, we had a bad experience with the owner that lives next door. His small dog attacked our dog on the first day and he told us that WE had to stay out of the yard and walk our dog on the street. We picked this place because it was dog friendly. This proved to be false. Because of this I would not stay here again. After I reached out to the management company and explained, they never responded.

I’m disappointed by this review because it does not accurately reflect how the situation was handled. When the guest contacted me about the interaction with the neighboring property owner, I responded promptly. I advised the guest to disregard the neighbor’s comments and assured them that I would personally contact the neighbor to address the situation, which I did. At no point did I ignore the concern or fail to respond. The property is dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their dogs in accordance with the house rules. The unfortunate interaction with the neighbor was not representative of the property’s pet policy. While I regret that this incident affected the guest’s experience, I do not believe it is accurate to state that management never responded. I took the concern seriously, communicated with the guest, and acted to address the situation as soon as it was brought to my attention.
