My long term working holiday guests are about to embark on their next adventure so I can open up the calendar to attract the longer term guests.Whether you are here for a week or longer you can
stay comfortably in this cute 2 bedroom Dicky Beach home on the ground level of a split level home with this mix of old & new.It is a great home base &
the property is central to Dicky Beach village and has bus routes nearby for your convenience. Behind a secure fence and with driveway parking if you have a car or 2 .A standard dual cab fits in the driveway.But if you have a car to fitted it might not fit but street parking is available also.There is a fully fenced backyard also, with pets by prior approval.
There is a large garage space with outdoor setting undercover and it is available for a storage space for outdoor recreational items- bikes,surfboards,beach gear etc.
It is a shared space with the upstairs guests& provides further flexible living.

It is busy but not to busy!
You can get around easily via bike,car or even the local bus to Caloundra or Maroochydore.
