Located in a quiet neighborhood, only 20 min from the Sarasota airport or 40 min from Tampa.
Just 5 min from the Elleton outlet malls and close to historic Old Town Bradenton, our guests will have access to great dining options if they want to go out, but may be equally happy relaxing poolside and cooking fresh catch from one of the nearby fish markets on our grill.
Comfortably furnished with King- sized beds and dog-friendly( with a fenced-in yard), this house has everything you need to relax with a family or for a couple who enjoys having extra comfort. We keep our Sportfisherman boat on the dock but still plenty space for fishing and dock your own boat .

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We kept our sportfisherman boat on the dock - there is ample space for another boat and also a boat líft
Pool is not heated ONLY the SPA that should be turned off after use- failing to turned off SPA after use will result in a 75 fee daily
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Ken and Patricia were very welcoming hosts. The amenities they offered were above and beyond and kitchen was well supplied. They were quick to respond to any questions and had helpful suggestions. We would definitely stay again if only to check up on Ralph, the neighborhood egret, that checked on us every morning.

Here’s your updated, polished Vrbo review with those details added:Ken and Patricia were amazing hosts! There was an issue with the spa pump the day we arrived, but they let us know right away and kept us updated on the progress to get it fixed. We understand that things happen, and we really appreciated the communication. It didn’t stop the fun or the relaxation at all.It was my husband and me along with our four boys, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The loungers in the pool made for a perfect reading spot, which was such a nice bonus!This is a great place if you want to enjoy the beach but still have peace and quiet. While the beach is only about 13 miles away, it did take us around an hour due to peak spring break traffic.The home was perfect for us, and we highly recommend it. It will definitely be our go-to place when we come back to visit our son, who works just 1 mile away and lives about 6 miles away.
