We enjoyed 11 days at the property. It was clean and comfortable, and the multiple living spaces and good WiFi allowed us to spread out and balance work responsibilities with vacation. The communication was very detailed and prompt. The restaurant recommendations were particularly helpful. Checkout was a breeze. The location can be a little tricky to find the first time, especially since we came in after dark, but they provided good directions and pictures to help!

We had a perfect stay in this sparkling clean and well- appointed country getaway. The layout of the home worked well for 3 adults working remotely, with plenty of privacy and different spaces in which to work or relax. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen was great for meal preparation and the yard with a firepit and deck with table and chairs was so conducive to outdoor time. The property is tucked away and very spacious and private.

Overall, the home is beautifully decorated. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience of having no hot water on a Friday night. After contacting the host, Justin, he sent a repairman out. The boiler was cracked and needed replaced. The option was given to him to temporarily install an electric hot water heater the next day until a replacement boiler could be installed. He said not to do anything and he would figure it out on Monday. This entire conversation was on speaker phone with the tech, so we heard everything. Then, after contacting the host after the tech left, he lied to us saying there was nothing they could do until Monday. We ended up having to find a new place to stay for the remainder of our vacation, packed up everything for a family of 5, and lost an entire day of vacation dealing with this mess.

Christine, losing hot water on the Friday of a family trip is a real failure and I'm sorry for it. I had a plumber out over the weekend, and when it became clear the repair would not be finished in time for the rest of your stay because parts would take a few days to arrive, I refunded nearly the entire booking. The boiler has since been repaired. I appreciate it.
