It was a great space 4 a family of four to spend a week. The pool was great and the rooms were very well furnished and big enough. THE CUPS IN THE CUPBOARD WERE BEYOND AWESOME. INSULATED AND METAL STRAWS AND THE FRIDGE HAD CRUSHED ICED AND FILTERED WATER. Love the place and would definitely book again.

If you’re looking for something close to the beach with plenty of room and a pool, this is it!!! The house was better than expected. We had such an amazing time at Threshers retreat!! The check-in was very easy and the place was spotless when we arrived!! 7 of us went and there was plenty of room. The kids loved the pool and the location is excellent. Just a few minutes from the beach, you can walk to the bay and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. This has been our favorite trip to the gulf yet. Communication was also great and they responded very quickly. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Shawn was very responsive to questions. Home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of areas for hanging out. The pool was relaxing with plenty of towels and pool floats/toys. We cooked, grilled out, watched movies, did puzzles, board games, had local family come by to enjoy the pool with us and had plenty of parking. 7 adult sized people stayed here comfortably! Love the area!

Host was great and had excellent communication. The house itself was perfect for my big family, and the location couldn’t have been better. The neighbors were super friendly as well. The kayaks were such a great touch, and the house had plenty of supplies, towels, and beach items for everyone to use.My family made so many memories here — it was our first family trip all together as a whole group, and it’s a time we’ll never forget. Thank you, Shawn, for such a wonderful stay!

We had so much fun at Thresher Retreat. We had some beach days, some pool days, and enjoyed every bit of time there. The pool was so relaxing and some of our favorite moments were just floating in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed. Shawn was so easy to communicate with and made the whole process so simple.

This was an amazing place to stay. We all enjoyed it so much especially the pool. It fit all of our needs The host was very responsive when I had questions. The only thing that confused us when we saw the listing was the Bay Area that is close. We thought it would be more accessible but it was still a great place to stay and would definitely stay again.

The Santa Rosa Sound (Bay) is accessible for kayaks, boats, Jet skis and we love just walking down to watch the sunset in the evening. It’s just not recommended for swimming. The beach is the safest place for swimming.

This house was PERFECT for my multi generational stay. My mom (uses a walker), myself and 2 sister and my adult niece LOVED this property. Plenty of room for us all and the pool was wonderful!! The location was perfect, nice quiet street but very close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Thank you so much for hosting us at Threshers Retreat.
