Welcome to our house in the heart of Arlington, TX! Right by UTA campus, AT&T stadium, Global Life Park, Six Flags and Epic Waters! Easy access to I-20, I-30, TX-360, and only 25-min drive to DFW airport.

The house is recently renovated, with comfy beds, cozy living room, full kitchen, laundry and more! The house's 3 bedrooms are furnished with 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed and 1 twin-over-full bunk bed. Plus, there are 1 sofa bed, 1 queen size and 1 twin size air mattresses available for extra guests. 2 full bathrooms including 1 walk-in bath with tub in the master bedroom.
Kitchen is equipped with all major also small appliances. Cookware/flatware are ready for you to enjoy the your meals with family and friends. Board games are also available to have more fun, cause why not?
More importantly, house is equipped with safety features like smoke detector and outdoor video surveillance to ensure you a quiet and safe stay here.
And of course, how can we not emphasize on kids? The big backyard is perfect for them to run around and they will like the swing! Patio sofa set and grill are also available for use. For infants, provide a foldable pack 'n play crib you can use wherever you go, a baby bouncer, a high chair and a baby bath tub! Also we provide basic supplies just in case you need them. Still, we kindly ask parents to take care of the kids carefully, a memorable fun stay is all we want you to have.

Loads of smart features, including 4K Android TV, smart doorbell/lock can also be found in the house. Guaranteed easy check-in! We strive to provide you a comfortable, quiet and safe stay. The house is also loaded with smart features and will keep improving.

All you need is your toothbrush, paste and clothes! Just about everything else is provided for you. Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly host, minimal clean up requested, park with walking trail one house down and super close to all the major attractions in Arlington.

Stayed here for just 1 night with my parents, my brother and my son for my graduation ceremony at UT Arlington. Perfect location 5 min from Campus. The house was immaculately clean. Beautifully decorated and had all amenities anyone could need. I highly recommend this 3 bedroom, spacious home for small groups. Perfect!!!! Would stay again if I am in that area.

It was our first time to visit the area, so we took a chance on this listing because the pictures looked good. Our experience started with excellent communication as we made our booking. The Check in was very simple, the location is convenient to football, baseball and checking out the Arlington, Dallas and Fort Worth areas. The stay was very comfortable, the home is very clean and you must check out the master shower! Additionally the owners took a few extra steps to ensure our stay was a nice one! If you are reading this review... I assure you, you will not be disappointed staying here!

Beautifully decorated house!

Everything was great with the owner of the property and the property itself. HomeAway could not run (denyed) my business credit card. However, I made purchases before & after with it no problem. Our bank said it was HomeAway's issue, they weren't even showing denials. I had to use my personal credit card, not preferred by myself or my company. They also did not send me actual address of property, I had to email property owner.

Wonderful place to stay for our trip to Fort Worth

My family and I visited Fort Worth for a Baby Celebration weekend. We did not spend much time at the house, but the time we spent found it met our needs perfectly. We had six adults,and found that the bunk bed top bed for an adult was a little tough - therefore, we moved the linens to the couch where the adult said they had a wonderful night sleeping. As you can see from the picture, the couch is long enough to use for sleeping so that was nice. The nook area had a table for 4 that we used each morning to enjoy a cup of coffee. We did not cook at the house as we traveled to our other family's home for meals and the celebration. The location worked extremely well for us as the family we were visiting lived on the east side of Fort Worth. Travel was very easy due to the access to I-30. The house was clean, had all of the items you would need. Judson and Sammi were very attentive to our comfort, and it was a pleasure having a daily chat with them to ensure things were going well. Getting into the house without a key was very convenient. No complaints from me at all..

Great house when visiting Arlinton/DFW

Incredibly clean, comfy and convenient house that was perfect for our family's OU-texas weekend! Close to the UTA campus, downtown Arlington, Cowboys and Ranger ball parks, Six Flags, etc. This house far exceeded our expectations and I recommend it highly to anyone looking for a great place in Arlington!

Great place. Great location.

Stayed here with my dad and a family friend. Was a perfect place for us while we were there for a cowboys game among other things. Only a 10 minute uber ride to the stadium but still a nice quiet location at night.

Perfect for our weekend

We’ve stayed in Homeaway properties in San Francisco, New York and Texas. This property, by far, was the best equipped for guests. The bed and bedding in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable, the house was very clean and there were lots of extra touches that showed the hosts truly care about their guests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Arlington to attend Rangers games or to go to Six Flags. The location is perfect for those two venues. The hosts are very responsive and made our stay very pleasant.

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was well equipped and the perfect size for us. It was on a little busier of a street than we realized, and the master shower seemed to get the floor really wet, which is my only reason for not giving 5 stars. Would recommend their house though!

We had the best time.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The owners checked in on us before we arrived and after we arrived. The house was easy to find and close to all of the fun things to do in Arlington. The house was clean, cute and comfortable for four adults and three kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return for a longer stay. I can't recommend this house enough. We have used VRBO for years and this has by far been our most favorite place to stay. My parents ended up leaving two pairs of boots and the owners contacted us immediately to let us know and even shipped them to us. If you are looking for a place to stay in Arlington, I highly recommend this option. I will be recommending this house to all of my friends who are planning a trip to Arlington.
