Located less than 1 mile from Keoka Lake & Gage Rice Beach, 3 miles from Bear Pond , 20 miles from The Sunday River Ski Resort, 15 minutes from Shawnee Peak and a short 40 minute drive to The North Conway Shopping Outlets. Walking trails behind the home & a private patio in the backyard!
