This home is immaculately clean and in close proximity to a family-friendly mountain for skiing. We loved it and hope to return!

Perfect Vacay
House was well appointed and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Rooms were clean and supplied with all necessities. Great to come home after a long day skiiing to the wood stove and comfy couch!
House was in a lovely location and has access to kayaks which we used plenty. Only downsides were that the oven and heat were not working. However, the property owner was very responsive and helped sort through our issues as best he could.

From the owner: "I’m glad you enjoyed the home’s beautiful location and the chance to get out on the water with the kayaks. I appreciated how easy Nate was to work with while we addressed the heat and oven concerns. The oven has since been replaced due to a faulty circuit board, and the heating system is now fully operational for the season. I’m happy we could stay in touch throughout and that you still had a pleasant visit overall."

Liked: Location
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
This home was very dirty, poorly organized, and in significant need of maintenance. Outside trash barrels were already full when we arrived, A kitchen chair was broken as was a stool at the kitchen counter. There wasn’t nearly enough dishwasher pods( 2 were provided). The deck floor is covered in peeling paint making it uncomfortable to walk on. The location was fine and near a beautiful lake. The swim area is very small. This home has excellent potential however it needs some care and attention to detail.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. While the home is not brand new, it is well maintained and cleaned multiple times a week. For your arrival, you requested to check in early, which unfortunately meant our cleaning team had to adjust their schedule and work quickly to accommodate you.Regarding the dishwasher, the detergent pods we leave are provided as a courtesy for guest use, though guests are welcome to bring their preferred supplies as well. The desk is currently showing some wear from sun exposure, but we already have plans to replace it with a composite version this season to prevent future issues. Trash removal occurs every Tuesday, and since your stay began on a Saturday, there may have been some trash in the barrels. However, extra bins are available if needed, and they typically provide more than enough capacity. This is the first report we’ve received about the chair and island stool, and we will be ordering replacements right away.We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue to improve the guest experience."
