My family and I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful Townshend, VT home! It was not only spotless and cozy, but also perfectly pet-friendly—Julie truly thought of everything. Both our family’s and our pet’s needs were taken care of, which made the experience even more special.Julie’s communication and care were outstanding, and every detail in the home showed thoughtfulness. We felt completely at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a perfect Vermont escape!

This was the perfect house and location to gather our family for our mother’s surprise 60th birthday weekend getaway. The property was ideal for relaxation and entertainment. The kids had a blast playing in the backyard with lawn games and the adults loved the outdoor ski lift swing, fire pit, and gas stove. Julie was super responsive and available with any questions or help we needed. She went above and beyond and even left flowers and a card for my mother. We only left once for a quick hike in the nearby State Forest, but had no desire to leave this gorgeous house to go anywhere else. We would love to make this a new tradition and come back again next year!

I’m from Lancaster MA and have been retired from the corporate world for almost 2 years. I love being a host and I have also shared my Cape Cod home to vacationers for the past 20 years and that listing is 52660.

Why they chose this property

I feel in love with this lot the moment I drove down the driveway. I originally parked a tiny house here and quickly realized I needed much more space and wanted to share it with family, friends and other vacationers.

What makes this property unique

The view is spectacular and it is so peaceful here. Sitting outside and listening to the wildlife is so wonderful!
