Whether you are here for wine tasting, fresh peaches or outdoor adventure, you'll be minutes away from award winning wineries, farm stands, bike trails and the Colorado River!

Had some wonderful family times in this peaceful, beautiful setting in the midst of an orchard with views of mesas in the distance. The spacious kitchen/living area had everything we needed to cook our own meals, relax and enjoy. Enjoyed Palisade and the fresh cherries/apricots that were in season.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this Palisade property! The property was spotless, accurately described, and in a private location in the middle of an orchard. The hosts responded to each message I left in a very timely manner. We loved the openness of the kitchen/living room area and everything felt brand new. We also enjoyed the fire pit and the shaded outdoor patio area with a large picnic table and extra seating all around the patio. Thank you for a wonderful family weekend.

We had an amazing stay in Palisade! The property was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning orchard and mountain views. It was the perfect place to relax while still being close to wineries, downtown Palisade, and all the outdoor activities the area has to offer.The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. No detail was left out! We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings, taking in the quiet atmosphere and spectacular sunsets.The hosts were responsive, welcoming, and clearly take pride in providing a great guest experience. If you’re looking for a true Colorado orchard getaway that combines privacy, comfort, and convenience, this is the place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palisade.— A perfect blend of Colorado charm, relaxation, and hospitality.

Property was absolutely perfect! The home was clean. Beds and bedding super comfortable! Patio was perfect for dinner outside. The peach orchard was fantastic! Our hosts were super responsive, helped us arrange a ride for an event we were attending! Just a lovely weekend! Would recommend!

We stayed at Dirk and Connie’s VRBO for a fun wine tour getaway with friends. We were exited to have found such a great house available in a location central to such fun vineyards. But truly once we arrived the house and location exceeded our expectations! The house is in an orchard with breathtaking views all around. It was serene and relaxing. And also convenient to some of our favorites wineries. We loved sitting outside and enjoying it all. We didn’t grill, but there was a back porch (more great views) with and very inviting picnic table we wished we could have enjoyed dinner on.The house itself was perfect for our group of 6. Completely and thoughtfully stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable and homey. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! And we very much appreciated some thoughtful extras (treats there for our arrival, the ability to pick fresh peaches, games, fire pit outside, fresh flowers on dining table…I could go on and on!)Dirk and Connie have created a gem here! And we are excited to make our way back next year (hopefully for a longer stay).Book this house without thinking twice!
