Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review. Love you and your family enjoyed the home and took advantage of the amenities! Hope you can come back sometime soon!
Great house! Great location! Laurel was very kind and responsive. Enjoyed the clean hot tub. Already looking forward to bringing the kids with us next time!
Nice house and property in a great location. Nice extra touches. Only negative was guest bed was uncomfortable and the 3rd bed, which we needed to use because it was more comfortable than other bed, is inconveniently located and not private. Other than that a great place

The home had everything - updated kitchen, comfortable beds and furnishings, plenty of outdoor living space, quiet neighborhood, great location and responsive hosts. We were 6 adults and one child. There was plenty of room for everyone.

Tracey, thank you for taking the time to review us. Wonderful to hear you had a lovely experience with us and loved the home. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and would be happy to welcome you back anytime!
Everything was fantastic. Very clean home, well stocked kitchen and appreciated the little extra touches such as hand soap in all bathrooms, Keurig cups if needed, paper towels and a good supply of kitchen and bath linens. I also enjoyed being able to walk to everything, shopping, restaurants, pubs, and historic sites.

Disliked: Communication
We had a nice stay here on our road trip. We liked the pool and the amenities which was great fun. The kitchen and common areas were spacious and great overall for a group of seven. However, a BIG minus is how the hosts' attempt to make us pay for a broken soap dish in the bathroom - the soap dish were broken when we came, but the communication froze when we tried to explain this. A minor minus was the cleanliness of the place. Old cigar buds in the community area and filled transcans in the bathrooms.

Thank you for staying with us. We’re glad to hear your group enjoyed the pool, amenities, and common areas during your visit.
We were disappointed to read the comments regarding the soap dish. After your departure, our cleaning team discovered the broken soap dish and it was subsequently reported to us. While we later received a message from you stating it may have been broken upon arrival, the issue was never reported during your stay. This is why we ask guests to notify us promptly of any damage or maintenance concerns so they can be documented and addressed appropriately.
Regarding cleanliness, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each arrival. While we take all guest feedback seriously, the comments regarding bathroom trash did not align with the condition reported by our team during their inspection and turnover of the property. We would've happily stopped to address any concerns, especially regarding cleanliness and safety.
We appreciate your feedback and are glad your group was able to enjoy the home’s amenities during your stay.
Laurel, the home owner was wonderful. She was incredibly responsive through our messaging portal and very flexible as well with arrival times and check-out times. The home is beautiful and well-appointed with 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a gorgeous kitchen, pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this home.
It was a bit cool to enjoy the pool, but we did use the hot tub and really enjoyed the screened porch. Relaxing evenings. The house was conveniently located for walking to downtown St Augustine. We didn't even use the bikes or golf cart since we walked pretty much everywhere. Very nice stay and the weather was perfect.
We loved this house. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to downtown. We enjoyed the walk each day over the bridge. The house was spacious, clean and we enjoyed all of the amenities. My favorite was the screened in porch. Definitely a cool place to relax and unwind. The hosts have thought of everything to help make this an enjoyable place to stay.

This home was perfect for our family of five for a week. Being within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine made everything so easy and enjoyable. The location truly couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the Bridge of Lions, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a highlight—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The huge screened in porch was great for coffee in the morning or just relaxing and it included a swing bed which was a nice surprise. We especially appreciated how welcoming and well-maintained everything was. It felt like a home away from home, and it’s clear the owners put care into creating a great guest experience. The Selfie wall and basket of props were a huge hit!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient St. Augustine stay.
