Casually decorated in soft pine and white, wicker furnishings and sofa sleeper in living room, this four bedroom, three and a half bath home provides a comfortable vacation hideaway.

All bedrooms and two baths are located on the second floor. The dining area and kitchen are downstairs and French doors open to a deck with an ample pool. This home is an excellent choice for family reunions and larger groups.

Fun location

Super cute house, very clean and the pool is perfect. Well stocked kitchen and a nice bbq. Walkable to fun activities. The balcony looks dangerous with rotting wood so we didn’t use it. Communication with property management was challenging on the verge of rude.

A group of seven of us stay there comfortably. The location is walkable to everywhere. Nice, spacious backyard with a pool. One assigned parking space was nice. Overall everything was good.

Fantastic Set Up and Location!

We had two families of four (eight people total), ages ranged from 3-9. The pool was a HIT - the pictures do not do it justice... great size and layout, and deep. The four bedrooms upstairs and multiple bathrooms (two on each level) make it very accommodating. Half block to Duval St was great

Key West Girls Trip

The house was a very comfortable fit for the 5 of us. We rented a golf cart and either used that, or walked everywhere we wanted to go... the pool and out door area was perfect. It did get a little unseasonable cool the weekend we were there but that only affected after the sun went down anyway. It was a perfect weekend!

The pool at this location is perfect. It is a great getaway close to Duval Street. We love being able to walk to the southernmost point this is a great house for a family stay.

We’ve stayed at this house before, lots of room, awesome backyard and pool, cozy and quiet but a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We will be booking this house again!!

Great house, great location, amazing pool!

We loved the house- it had everything we needed and the staff accommodated our concierge to restock with groceries before we got there. The guest portal really helped with suggestions on what to do and places to visit. House was super clean and the pool was absolutely amazing to relax in. Would definetly recommend this place!

Great week

The house was spacious and is in a prime location- walkable to everything. The street is quiet and near fabulous breakfast spots! We had more than enough room for me, my sister, brother and two of my adult “kids” to be comfortable and relax for a week. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The back pool area has a comfortable, shaded lounge area and the grill and large table with chairs are perfect for the evenings that you decide to eat at the house. Enjoyed the St Patrick’s day fireworks from the upstairs balcony! Couldn’t have been better!!

Daughter's Wedding

Location was great. Pool area was perfect for hosting all the guest for the wedding. Bottom shelf of refrigerator kept falling off. Had some wifi connection problems. Biggest issue was the street parking. The neighbors parked their vehicles so close to our front steps that they were unusable for most of our stay.

Perfect for a family vacation

We love the house. The location was great, being an easy walk to Duval street. We were concerned about parking but you get one off street spot and we had no trouble finding another spot on the street near the house. The pool was clean and the perfect size for the 7 of us that stayed. The grill was the cleanest I have ever experienced at a rental. The house was cool. I don't have much negative to say about the place. It was not clear that there would be beach towels provided but they were.

Perfect Location for a Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Advance information sent to us was spot on. Check in was easy. House was clean and well equipped. Roomy and perfect for 7 adults (ages 20s to 80s) to spread out and enjoy our stay. Plenty of time spent in and around the pool. We made most of our breakfasts and lunches and grilled for a few dinners. Property Managers were quick to respond to our request for a propane tank refill in advance of planned Sunday cookout. To our surprise, someone even came out to put trash and recycling cans out before pick-up and then back after. The location is great - far enough away from rowdy night life, but easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bars. Our only complaint was the condition of the outdoor chairs (weaving was frayed or missing, but safe to use and not uncomfortable) and poolside loungers (each was cracked and unsafe for those of us of more ample girth). Reported this to the Property Managers. While we understand Key West sun takes its toll on outdoor furniture, this should be anticipated when purchasing furniture and replacements should be on hand or readily available. With only this one issue which we hope will be quickly resolved, we would definitely stay in Louisa House again!
