Great location, just half a block off Duval Street, walking distance to restaurants, the Atlantic beaches and the Southernmost Point. Casually decorated in soft pine and white, wicker furnishings and sofa sleeper in living room, this four bedroom, three and a half bath home provides a comfortable vacation hideaway.

All bedrooms and two baths are located on the second floor. The dining area and kitchen are downstairs and French doors open to a deck with an ample pool. This home is an excellent choice for family reunions and larger groups.

Nice house, well equipped. Biggest bonus was the pool. Very private and clean. House had plenty of towels and supplies so perfect for family.

Perfect home and location

Looking for the “easy” button for booking this lovely home. The house is very nicely furnished and beds are comfortable. The Kitchen was fully stocked and appliances looked new. The outside pool and deck was a family favorite. We cooked out on the grill on Saturday and went in the pool. Nice break from Duval. Only recommendation I would make is to update kitchen cabinets and bathrooms.

Family/friend trip

A group of seven of us stay there comfortably. The location is walkable to everywhere. Nice, spacious backyard with a pool. One assigned parking space was nice. Overall everything was good.

Fun location

Super cute house, very clean and the pool is perfect. Well stocked kitchen and a nice bbq. Walkable to fun activities. The balcony looks dangerous with rotting wood so we didn’t use it. Communication with property management was challenging on the verge of rude.

Fantastic Set Up and Location!

We had two families of four (eight people total), ages ranged from 3-9. The pool was a HIT - the pictures do not do it justice... great size and layout, and deep. The four bedrooms upstairs and multiple bathrooms (two on each level) make it very accommodating. Half block to Duval St was great

Great house. Very thin walls and doors so conversations in rooms are heard throughout house. Couple cockroaches as well. Other than that, great place to stay.

Great stay!

We’ve stayed at this house before, lots of room, awesome backyard and pool, cozy and quiet but a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We will be booking this house again!!

Great house!

The pool at this location is perfect. It is a great getaway close to Duval Street. We love being able to walk to the southernmost point this is a great house for a family stay.

Great house, great location, amazing pool!

We loved the house- it had everything we needed and the staff accommodated our concierge to restock with groceries before we got there. The guest portal really helped with suggestions on what to do and places to visit. House was super clean and the pool was absolutely amazing to relax in. Would definetly recommend this place!

Adult Family Fun in Key West

Great location. Walking distance to nearly everything, avoid a car rental, and rent a golf cart. The home has a vintage summer-type cottage vibe, and we enjoyed our stay.

Key West Girls Trip

The house was a very comfortable fit for the 5 of us. We rented a golf cart and either used that, or walked everywhere we wanted to go... the pool and out door area was perfect. It did get a little unseasonable cool the weekend we were there but that only affected after the sun went down anyway. It was a perfect weekend!

Louisa House is beautiful, in a great location and the property manager was very accommodating. The house is stocked with everything you need and they offered a great concierge service company as well, highly recommend!

This house was perfect for a party of 7. From 7-69 years old!

This house is walking distance from most of the must see landmarks in Key West. The kids loved the pool in the evenings when we were tired and ready to relax. Nice kitchen, plenty of bathrooms. Highly recommend!
