Located on the quiet end of a waterfront townhome community, this property features simply the best views you will find in Key West. Best of all, Casa Atlantica is located just a short bike ride from Duval Street and the Historic District, so you get the peace and quiet of the tranquil shore without sacrificing access to Key West’s unsurpassed restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Open the door to this property and you are welcomed by an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, giving you unrestricted access to the most breathtaking view in the Keys. Slip outside on to the enormous, private, top-floor patio and enjoy the warm sunshine and salty breeze of the natural shoreline. Playful pelicans and majestic egrets swoop and dive into the cobalt-blue water directly in front of you! This is true coastal living at its best.

The large patio doors can be left open to allow the ocean breeze in to the spacious studio living area, which features a king sized bed, comfortable chairs for lounging, a flat screen television and a large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen features a glass-top range. Down a short hallway is the large, unique bathroom featuring a glass enclosed shower and lots of closet space. The entire home features distinctive, Adobe-style rounded walls and charming brick tile floors. The whitewash walls reflect the lovely natural light and create an effect that is fresh and soothing to the senses.

If you want to put your toes in the sand, head downstairs to charming tiki hut right by the water. This property also has a shared washer and dryer and limited street parking. Please be aware that this unit is accessible only via 3 flights of a centrally located staircase.

Beautiful view

We rented a golf cart and found it to be a convenient location to get away from all the business of Duval street but close enough to get there quickly. The 3rd floor view was amazing. Wish the sliding doors has screens so we could listen to the ocean free of worries of bugs or anything else getting in. Overall we enjoyed our time at the studio condo.

Fantastic Views

The terrace looks out over the Atlantic ocean and the White Street pier, allowing sunrise views and leisurely walks. The decor is tropical with a hint of African and South American influence.

We loved this quiet little place with stellar views. The pictures do not do the patio justice - it is far more beautiful than a picture could capture! The property managers were attentive and checked in regularly. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location, great ocean view

Great little private ocean-front condo for a sunny escape from the cold north! Well furnished, and the kitchen is adequately equipped for cooking. The patio is perfect for fresh air and sunshine and listening to the waves lapping the shore. There was a dank smell in the unit when we arrived, but with a couple of days of being in and out and patio doors open for fresh air, the smell in the unit was much improved. Communication was great, with any messages promptly answered. Overall we loved our stay 2

Great location and views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Close enough to everything but still a quiet location. Awesome views. The back deck along made the stay worth it. Nice place to stay

The condo was nice, clean and was a good location. Only a little way from Higgs beach... the sandy part of the beach. The lady downstairs was nice and welcoming. Only downside was the person she called her " gardner".. we think he's a homeless man who hangs out there and maybe helps her out sometimes. He spent his afternoons sleeping on the ground level patio where the tiki hut is. We wanted to sit out at the tiki hut a couple of times but it was uncomfortable with him sleeping there. He was also out there washing his socks and cleaning his toenails. He has 4 paperbags he carried with him containing his possessions. Otherwise, it is a recommend to others.

A week in the sun and fun

Part of the roof was peeling off and on the deck, missing 1/2 the gutter on the back deck. Dishwasher did not work well. The stairs are narrow and going up and down 4 flights of stairs with all you things and for dinner and anything you want is a lot to prepare for. The VRBO listing is only good for the VRBO fees the management company will want paper signed and scanned documentation they do not have a digital process and they will charge more fees. The cleaning fee is high considering you are expected to run out all the trash and recycling and to make sure all the dishes are washed and all the towels are picked up and in a basket as part of the check out. The parking is an issue as it is a very busy street and my mirror was hit on my car. Great concept if you can deal with the shortfalls but needs some work

Key West Paradise-Just what the doctor ordered

This property most definitely served its purpose of relaxation and quiet, with beautiful views of the water in the morning and a bright star filled sky at nightHigh up on the third floor above the water with a magnificent view. The wind kept the smell of the seaweed at bay most of the time. The first night there was an uninvited visitor, a water bug that slipped in the sheets and scared the bejeus out of me and my partner. Needless to say the waterbug met Jesus that night.The bed was too soft for my body, I like a firm bed and although the sheets were clean and plentiful (extra linen in the bathroom) some were stained. I reached out to the management company the next day to report the uninvited visitor and also that a lighting cover had fallen in the bathroom and the inside of the garbage can cover was moldy. (I don't know who their cleaning service is, but they need to do better). They never responded.Otherwise, I wholeheartedly enjoyed this little piece of heaven, away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. It was a quick walk, less than half a mile to the nearest beach and that was great. Not that I came to watch the television that was provided, but almost every channel was a subscription, I didn't understand that. I enjoyed the kitchen and all the necessary pots, pans, plates, mugs and utensils that I needed to prepare my meals and really appreciated that there was ice in the ice tray upon my arrival. Thank you for a great time.

Climb to the top Great View

Number 1 issue it’s on the 3rd floor and no elevator. The intercom and door unlock to allow guest in does not work so you have to go down then back up 3 flats of stairs. I have a bad knee and so does the wife. Once at the top it’s great. Very cozy and relaxing to watch the water and all the activities going on. Room is well equipped and furnished but the mattress has seen its better days. Also closet storage is very limited. All that being said we had a great time and the view and location make up for the other mentioned issues. It’s private and serine. I tried to add photos but they were too big for the app.

The description of the property listed and what we actually got was far from the truth. There is no direct access to the beach, lacked cleanliness and the host would not respond until a few messages were sent. This would be the ideal place if a few things were addressed. We did love the view and the fact we had easy access to fishing from the property. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Overall it was very nice. However, one problem was infestation of termites one evening. We were told to dim lights and put water in buckets so the termites would drown.Also the third floor had 6 flights of stairs!Otherwise, all was excellent.

Really enjoyed Key West. The area is bustling, but this location is not. Seem like we were able to enjoy the bar scene, shopping, sunsets, etc, but then come home and have a glass of wine staring out at the ocean, watching birds, boats and the beauty of the area. Magnificent Oceanfront View

Perfect for us! The Sunrises and Sunsets were amazing!!! We were able to get away from the hustle and bustle when needed and enjoy peace and quiet at this condo. Everything worked and plenty of hot water for wonderful showers. Just give it a few minutes to warm up. The 3rd floor view is worth the steps, but can be challenging for some I’m sure. We had such a great time!!!

Key West Vacation

The unit was nice and clean overall. The cabinets had a funky smell. We were there during a hurricane so the property/Beach was quite a mess. Not used to all the humidity so I was cold and hot through my stay and couldn't seem to figure the right temperature on the unit. Also, water came in the unit by the sliding glass doors a little, but was easily cleaned up.
