The property was clean and consistent with the advertised listing. Very roomy and would be great for a larger family. Minor wear/tear in spots but nothing serious (paint scuffs, missing toilet paper holders). Plenty of cooking and serving items available. Plenty of towels and soaps/etc. provided. Beachfront view was spectacular. Beach was nice but mostly disappeared at peak high tide. Having beach chairs and umbrella available for use was nice. There were other beach items in storage locker available too (buckets/shovels, boogie boards, etc.). A new Aldi is going in nearby where a Winn-Dixie was so that will be nice. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful, clean and exactly as in the photos. The views were amazing. Spacious with everything we needed. Loved being right on the beach with pool access as well. Perfect for our family vacation for our son’s graduation.

The pool was chilly. Was told it should be around 75 degrees. They said temp when took was 66 degrees. otherwise the place was wonderful. Great views. Nice and close to beach. We really enjoyed our time in Daytona Beach. Thank you very much!!!

Great place to stay

This was a great spot to stay. It was nice and quiet. The beach was not overcrowded. The only thing to consider is if more than one car in your party, it may be hard to find a parking spot as the lot fills up quickly.

We had a great overall stay. The property and room were clean and well maintained, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the trip.We did have an issue with the refrigerator going out, but the property owner was very attentive and responsive. They quickly troubleshot the problem and got it replaced as soon as possible, which we really appreciated.The view was a big highlight, completely unobstructed ocean views. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were very nice. The only minor thing we noticed was that the screens on the sliding doors and windows could use some replacement.If we come back to Daytona, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway

The family really enjoyed the condo and its location in Daytona Beach Shores. Easy to get to shopping and a perfect place to relax on the beach. The manager in the lobby was very pleasant and helpful.

Our stay was perfect! The view was amazing, the location was perfect! The host has great communication and has so many beach things available to use during your stay. No need to bring or buy your own if you don’t already have it! Would highly recommend staying here!
