This peaceful retreat features 1 queen bed in the master, and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, with both bedrooms featuring shelves and rods to hang your clothes. All windows feature roll-up or down shades. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a hair dryer for added convenience. A huge 20' x 16 foot deck adjoins the freshly painted house, for you to relax in the quiet backyard surrounded by big trees, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. This is the back unit (quiet) of a duplex. It's only a 15-minute walk to the stadium and campus, so it's easy to see why you can unwind and get things done with this house.
