Time slows down as you & your family enjoy lots of space & plenty of privacy. A large pool, tiki bar, fenced in yard for furry friends, lots of decks and indoor space it's truly a hidden gem. Hatteras Island has been our home for over 35 years. It's definitely a paradise that we love to share. We love what you love! Beach driving, shell hunting, fishing, early morning beach walks and just soaking in the beautiful sunsets!
Why they chose this property
Our home is located in a safe and family friendly neighborhood, kids will love the large yard perfect for play time! Be sure and bring the bikes, you can bike (or walk) to a local ice cream shop, family pizza, arcade and even shopping!
What makes this property unique
Every room is spacious with a kitchen to die for! Lots of large decks, covered porch and pool makes it the best vacation place you can find. You're only 5 minutes from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse yet far away from the crowds! This home has been our dream home for years and we know you'll love the quiet feel, expansive areas, tiki bar where you can cook on the built in grill, game room that is perfect for family fun and of course the lovely neighborhood.... Not to mention we're safe in every storm, with a whole house generator and full basement... you'll be safe and dry And once you see it, we're sure you'll feel like we do... Tranquil Haven is a dream house in a dream location.....
