Como Paradise is luxury villa sitting up above Lake Como near Menaggio. The property sits on a 5,000 m2 dominating the beautiful Lake Como with views of the Lake and surrounding hills. Guests at Como Paradise will never tire of the views from the villa and from the private infinity pool. The property is made up of a main villa with 5 bedrooms and an annex with an additional two bedrooms. Como Paradise can accommodate up to 14 guests in its 7 bedrooms.

Besides beautiful views, you can walk to the town of Menaggio from the villa.

• Entrance to the Como Paradise is by an impressive marble floored entrance hall and full height atrium leading to the spacious and comfortably furnished living room with an open fire as focal point in the winter. To the right is a fully equipped large kitchen leading to the magnificent dining room with 270 degree view of the lake complete with a unique table built by one of the most famous boat builders on Lake Como. To the left of the entrance are three beautifully furnished double bedrooms sharing a massive bathroom with sunken bath, shower and double basins. Each bedroom has access to a terrace. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor with its own bathroom en-suite and access to a balcony.
• The first floor has a large and panoramic double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a private big terrace; another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony, a bright office room with a stunning stainless desk.
• The lower ground floor is reached by a hydraulic lift giving access to the wine cellar, bar, and tavern/TV room. The laundry room, technical room and access to the garage are also from this level.
• The dependence is approx 50 meters from the main villa and is built from the stones reclaimed from the rustic farm, which sat on the site of the new villa. It has a spacious living area with massive open fireplace leading to a large fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs are two double bedrooms sharing a central bathroom.
• The infinity pool has its own building housing a relaxing living area, sauna, fitness room, bathroom and kitchen allowing all day outdoor living. The enormous patio has a wisteria-covered pergola with a table that can host easily 20 people.
• The garage can accommodate a car and there is space for three cars near the two driveways.
• Just outside the property there is another private parking for 3/4 cars.
