We had an excellent stay at this condo in Miramar Beach! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and everything we needed during our stay.The host was also outstanding. Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful from booking through check-out, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Miramar Beach. Our family enjoyed the excellent amenities of Maravilla for the Labor Day weekend! Loved that our 2 family poochies also loved the stay!! Two of us loved staying the entire week!

Great week!

We stayed for a full week, and had a great experience. We ended up needing a bigger place, and called the company and they were kind/easy/great to work with. The view was great, it was an updated and clean space, and we would definitely stay again!

Fantastic property!

We loved our stay. The condo is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for meals at the condo. The property is within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!

Great location and nice property

I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The checkin process was easy and check out as well. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to the beach and the beach chair service was a great bonus. We had 6 people in this condo, and a small dog and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Safe and Close to the Beach

My family and I had a great stay at 1410! We love the complex, this unit and its proximity to the beach! Has everything you need to feel at home. The beds are great, as well. We all slept so good. Thank you for such a beautiful, relaxing and welcoming home away from home - we hope to see you on our next trip down.

Great stay! Perect loacation!

We enjoyed our visit to Miramar Beach. The location of the unit was very convenient to the beach. The pool was also very nice. The accommodations met our expectations. The bunk bed were not real comfortable for adult males (but they are at the beach, so all was good.) We would book this unit again.

Great Getaway

I have stayed in Maravilla several times over the years, in different condos. This one was great, as always. The condo had everything we needed. I have always had a pleasant stay in this community.

Fun with Grandkids

The pool was great way to sidetrack the kids when it was time to leave the beach. Made use of the BBQ pit and outdoor shower. Was convenient to walk to the dairy queen and restaurants. Dog area was clean and convenient. Enjoyed condo balcony and size worked for four adults and three kids.

Perfect Stay

The pictures did not do the unit justice. The unit is nicely decorated, very clean, and spacious. Booking and communicating with the property manager was easy. My family enjoyed the unit, property, and close proximity to the gorgeous beach. We will definitely be staying in this unit or on the Maravilla property in the future.

Great beach vacation

Condo was right across the street from the beach. Easy access. Able to walk to a few restaurants. King beds in each bedroom. Twin bunks in the small bedroom. 2 full bath, full size washer and dryer. Would definitely stay again. Pet friendly. Had a minor problem when we got in Saturday night, emailed the owner and someone was there Sunday morning to fix the problem. If you have pets and need a clean place to stay, look no further.

Destin summer 2019

Overall I thought the condo and pool areas were nice. A short walk to the beach, with easy access. The free chair rentals came in handy also. The one down side were the beds. Very soft not good for my back but if you like soft you'll be ok. I will definitely recommend this place to friends, thanks again and see you next summer!

Great stay

We booked a trip to Destin, FL for our family vacation and chose the condo at Maravilla from it's great reviews and pictures. It did not disappoint. We had a total of 6 in our group, all 18 and over and had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and had plenty of everything we needed for our week's stay. The beach was just a 3 minute walk away, which was the number one thing we wanted. Lots of restaurants and stores within a few minute drive or bike ride, and few within walking distance. Check in and check out instructions were very simple with no problems at all. Will definitely book again next time we're in the area.
