Amazing Villa with all the needed utilities!

The Villa was amazing, and exceeded every one of our expectations. It has all the needed utilities for the living room, bathrooms and bedrooms, and more than we have ever had for the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you might need for baking/cooking etc. The host - Gaby, welcomed us from Kavros, where she waited for us to arrive and guided us to the Villa. She was very helpful and provided us with lots of tips for restaurants, beaches. supermarkets etc. and made us feel familiar with the nearby surroundings - we couldn't thank her enough for all the help and info she gave us. Additionally to all of the above we where also offered an abundance in fruits and vegetables. This spacious Villa really is a perfect fit for anyone interested in a private vacation, with its own pool table, swimming pool, big garden and short distance from the beach.

Beautiful private Villa

We stayed here as a group of 10 for 3 weeks in August and had a lovely time. Gaby was very helpful and easy to contact if we needed anything during our stay. It was 1.5hr drive from Heracklion airport. The villa is lovely. Stunning views. pool table was great fun. The fruit and vegetables growing in the garden were very handy too. Rooms were clean and the air con throughout the villa was good. The location was very quiet. Local village had most things we needed. Small shop. Bakery and couple of restaurants. Beach was a 10 minute drive and it was stunning. The restaurant by the beach turned out to be our favorite place to eat during our stay. Think it was called Sirokos. It was a 15 minute drive to the fresh water lake Kournas which was absolutely beautiful. The main local town georgiopolis was about 15 minute drive and had a really nice child friendly beach and plenty of restaurants. The town itself had a lovely atmosphere. Had a great time here and would love to come back another time. Thank you Steve

Tolle Villa und super nette Gastgeberin

Wir haben mit insgesamt 12 Leuten (18-20 Jahre) eine Woche in der Villa verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr groß und modern, sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auch definitiv groß genug. Der Pool ist perfekt und wurde sogar alle 2 Tage von Gaby sauber gemacht. Wir haben durchgehend laut Musik gehört (oft auch nachts) was zum Glück niemanden gestört hat, da es keine Nachbarn gibt. Gaby ist eine super liebe und hilfsbereite Person, man konnte sie rund um die Uhr erreichen und sogar als einer von uns sich verletzt hat, ist sie mit ihm zum Arzt gefahren und hat sich total gut um ihm gekümmert. Wir hatten kein Auto gemietet, was auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen wäre, da die Villa schon sehr abgelegen ist und man zu Fuß nicht wirklich viel erreichen kann. Wir sind mit Taxis gefahren, welche auch tatsächlich nicht so teuer waren. Die Aussicht lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall und die Landschaft drumherum ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden definitiv nochmal kommen!

bien trop cher au vue des prestations

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en Crète entre juillet et août 2021. La première semaine dans la villa Halepi à Gavalochori puis cette 2ème dans la villa Chreal à Filaky. On va le dire tout de suite, il n'y a pas photo entre les deux. Autant je vous conseille la première pour ses prestations en tout point parfaites, autant la deuxième nous laisse le sentiment d'avoir essuyer les plâtres d'une location encore en cours de rodage. Nous attendions beaucoup de cette deuxième semaine au vue des prestations annoncées et du prix bien plus élevé de cette villa. Espoir déçu....voir douché. C'est une maison récente mais sans charme dont l'accès est rendu TRES difficile par le fait que "l'allée" n'est pas terminée. Localisation très au calme avec une belle vue dégagée sur les oliviers. La cuisine est très bien équipée ainsi que les chambres qui sont parfaites. Le séjour est immense et le billard est un plus indéniable. L'accès à la loggia et au balcon est rendu compliqué à cause de menuiseries peu pratiques. On va maintenant aborder les choses qui fachent vraiment....... -Il n'y a pas de lave-linge ce qui est inacceptable pour une maison de cette capacité et revendiquant ce niveau de standing. -Les 2 salle-de-bains ne sont pas utilisables en même temps vu la pression d'eau trop faible. En plus, nous n'avons pratiquement pas eu d'eau chaude à l'étage de tout le séjour. A près de 10 comme nous étions, ça génère des temps d'attente qui pénalise tout le monde. -L'escalier est d'une grande dangerosité : il n'y a pas de garde-corps et on commence par une demi-marche en bas comme en haut, ce qui peut entrainer un risque de chute évident. C'est absolument incompatible avec de jeunes enfants et étonnant dans une maison qui se veut "familiale". -La piscine: on y accède par des gravillons ou de l'herbe, ce qui n'est pas pratique quand on est nu-pieds. Mais le pire, c'est que le système de filtration était en panne toute la durée du séjour. Résultat, une eau pas très nette et la présence quotidienne (environ 2 heures) de la propriétaire qui venait écumer les insectes. Situation peu agréable quand on pense louer pour avoir son intimité. En résumé, nous regrettons amèrement de ne pas être restés dans la première location (que je recommande vivement). Peut-être un jour cette villa sera t-elle "finie", mais pour l'instant, elle est bien trop chère pour ce qu'elle n'est pas.

Schönes Haus mit Pool mit hilfsbereiter Vermieterin

Wir haben in der Villa Chreal 8 Tage mit 9 Jungs gewohnt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gibt keine Nachbarn, sodass man ruhig etwas lauter Musik am Pool hören konnte und es auch sonst keine Probleme gab. Die Kommunikation mit Gaby war super und hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Fragen wurden schnell und zuverlässig beantwortet. Das Objekt war sauber und der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt da sich über den Tag diverse Fliegen oder Blätter im Pool sammelten. Man benötigt etwa 7-10min mit dem Roller vom Haus zum Meer. Taxis holen ein problemlos vom Haus ab und bringen einen zum gewünschten Ort. Das Haus und der Service Vorort war klasse.

A fantastic house in a quiet location with beautiful views and only 5 minutes from the beach.

It is the most lovely house, everything was just perfect. The pool area has lots of sunbeds and there are several terraces, all with new and comfortable garden furniture. Inside everything is complete, a kitchen with all that you need as at home, nice furniture and a biliard table, the living area is spacious and comfortable to relax in. Add to this a very helpful property manager, Gaby, who welcomed us with fruit and much more. We loved the views and the area is so calm, we didn't want to leave

Why they chose this property

This villa is modern and has everything one wants and needs to spend the best and relaxing holiday in Crete. There is a pool with garden and a fantastic view over the mountains, with a variety of fauna and flora, there is also a sea view and it is only a 5 minutes drive from the beach of Episkopi. The nearest beach town (Kavros) is also less than 8 minutes away, where you can do some shopping, have a meal and/or a drink, There are so many villages within 5 minutes to go and have lunch or dinner, to do some shopping, or walking. And for entertainment there is a pool table for the ones that like to play. For the musical gifted we also have a keyboard to play on.

The unique benefit with this villa is the tranquil location, there are no neighbours, it is located on a hillside which offers panoramic views of the green surroundings, with on one side the sea, and on the other the majestic mountains. This guarantees a quiet and private relaxing holiday for the ones who enjoy relaxing on one of the veranda's with a glass of wine, and a good book while looking up at times to a superb view.
