The villa has a private parking, outdoor swimming pool (30m2) with separate whirlpool (jacuzzi) and a courtyard with grill.
The total area of the interior of the villa is 100m2 and consists of 2 floors, suitable for 4 persons.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room (with sofa bed), bathroom and storage. Upstairs are two bedrooms(double bed), each with bathroom (shower), sea view. All rooms are air conditioned. The villa has 3 plasma devices, wall safe, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher.
5 min walking distance from the city center, restaurants and shops.
