Rooms were very big and accommodating for our family, especially the bunk bed room! It was great to have a pool AND being on the canal for fishing. The kitchen had plenty of space for entertainment and the host provided all cookware/utensils. It was so nice to have a clear view of the pool from the master bedroom to keep an eye on the kiddos. Highly recommended this rental for large, young families!

Easy check-in process. Property advertised as is. Had all the essentials needed for a family vacation. Neighborhood was nice and in a centralized location for quick access to beach, restaurants, and entertainment. The AC shut off a few days into the trip due to an internal leak, but Sam (property manager), was quick to come out and address the issue (very nice guy!) He had it up and running in no time and even came to check on it the next day until the AC repairmen came. There was no interference with our trip as oftentimes we were not in the house anyway. Ultimately, it was everything we needed for a genuinely enjoyable vacation. We would run it back in the future.
