Welcome to our breathtaking oceanfront vacation rental condo on Amelia Island, Florida located at Oceans of Amelia! This
beautifully decorated retreat boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and stunning views of the sparkling
Atlantic Ocean with access just steps away. The master suite features a king-size bed for ultimate comfort, while the guest bedroom offers two twin-sized beds perfect for friends or family. With a cozy pull-out sofa in the living room, our
condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Immerse yourself in island living with direct beach
access, and unwind on the spacious balcony.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

This is a residential community, not a resort. No Pets Allowed!

Second time staying here, it's a beautiful place in a great spot, enjoyed our stay very much. Whenever we travel to this area I try to book this property, not always available, have to book early if want to stay here. Always a pleasure, look forward to another visit in the future

Great Stay

I have stayed in this rental at least twice before. It tastefully furnished and provides all the necessities you could need. I love that it's on the end of the property . The view is amazing! Thanks for another great vacations!

Wonderful getaway!

We loved this unit! It was very clean and nicely updated! The parking under the building was perfect, and the views were wonderful. The beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Grey skies but great restaurants

The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. The premier item was the spectacular view of the ocean. The weather was grey and rainy 5 days during our stay but we truly enjoyed the great restaurants of Amelia.

The View

Beautiful condo and outstanding view

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is very tastefully decorated and has everything you’d need for a week’s stay. The view is amazing and it felt almost like we had a private beach! We also enjoyed watching out for shark’s teeth (which we did find), sea turtles and dolphins and took advantage of the short ride into historic Fernandina. The rental office staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful condo

We rented the condo for last week not really knowing what to expect as we'd never been to Fernandina Beach before. The listing was 100 percent true. Absolutely beautiful condo with all the items you could need and the views out the huge windows were to die for! The beach wasn't crowded at all and the people we did meet were so nice and friendly that I didn't want to leave! We were worried about the parking based on a previous review but our jeep grand cherokee L (3rd row ) fit just fine 🙂. All in all if we decide to return to Amelia Island we would definitely rent there again!

Cozy beach condo

This condo is in a well-maintained, low-key 3 story building right on the beach with a gorgeous ocean view. The neighborhood is friendly and unpretentious. It has a bit of an “Old Florida” feel. The historic downtown area is 2 miles away and the Fort Clinch State Park is about a half mile away, with excellent walking and biking trails. The unit itself is well appointed and kitchen had a good supply of pans, utensils, etc. (although there was only one dish towel for the kitchen). We felt that the unit was perfect for a couple, with a small and basic second bedroom. It was quiet and private during our stay in mid-February which is probably not quite the high season. We had no contact with the owner, but staff at the on-sight management office were friendly and helpful.

Take out the trash

After multiple added fees tenant must also take out trash or see even more fees! Sorry but this just ruined the experience, didn't matter how nice the unit was.

Amazing Property - Do Not Miss the Views and Location

My wife and I spent seven wonderful days at this beautiful property. We loved everything about our stay. The view is amazing and two living room chairs swivel to provide views of the ocean. The property has comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella for use. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. The bed in the master is comfortable. The décor throughout the property is great and put us in that beach vacation mode as soon as we walked through the door. Walking distance to the Salt Life and The Sandbar and easy access to downtown Fernandina Beach.

Beautiful Condo in Beautiful Location!

We had an amazing week staying here at Oceans of Amelia. Our family of 4 enjoyed every second! The condo is exactly as shown and described, and was very clean (and I'm picky!). Everything was well-stocked, including beach chairs, cooler, and toys for the kids. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. We had fun swimming and finding shells and shark teeth. The location is wonderful, too. It was quiet and not crowded, but very close to activities and restaurants. We rented bikes for the week, which could be kept right in the parking garage, and were able to ride to restaurants, putt putt, Fort Clinch, and Downtown Fernandina easily, even with our kids. We would definitely recommend this place! We always choose a different place for each visit, but this is the first time we are seriously considering coming right back here again.
