Bom mas poderia melhorar

O apartamento é muito bom, porem a parte de portaria são meio grosseiro, tivemos um atrito com um dos porteiros, visto que não conhecemos o local, somos visitantes. Talvez uma conversa ajude em muito. fora isto o apartamento no atendeu foi uma estadia muito confortavel e prazerosa

Tivemos um pequeno desvio na chegada devido o horario que chegamos (23h), a pessoa responsável se esqueceu de deixar o porteiro avisado de nossa chegada, mas isso demorou apenas uns 20 minutos até acordar a pessoa para confirmar a reserva.
