Welcome to Waters Edge #310, your luxury bayfront retreat in Lincoln City! This beautiful one-bedroom condo offers stunning ocean and bay views right from the comfort of your living room.

Living Area: Settle into the cozy leather sofa and enjoy the warmth of the indoor fireplace as you watch sea lions and seagulls play in the water. Through the large sliding glass doors, your private balcony awaits, offering a direct view of the beach. Whether you're watching a dramatic winter storm or soaking in the summer sun, this is the perfect vantage point.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 4):

Bedroom: Comfortable King bed.
Living Room: A sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests.

Guest Access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire condo, Unit #310. The building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience, making it easy to get to this second-floor unit. Direct beach and bay access is located right behind the building. A short walk to the west takes you from the calm bayfront to the expansive ocean beach, putting you right on the sand.

We offer a seamless self-check-in process and respect our guests' privacy. While we will not be present during your stay, we are readily available via phone or message to answer any questions or provide assistance to ensure you have a wonderful and comfortable visit.

This place was great! Beautiful views, extremely clean and really nice and tasteful decor throughout. You can tell the owners took their time outfitting this rental, super nice finishes! The building is quiet and peaceful, direct beach access, plenty of parking and location is great with lots to do in the Taft neighborhood. The Pines food cart pod across the street is awesome! Coffee at Pioneer Joe’s is a short walk away, really enjoyed that in the mornings. Would definitely stay again.

We recommend changing the mattress out as it was too soft and the pillows were too hard. Also, a TV in the bedroom would be nice. Otherwise we loved our stay. The furnishings were nice and it was nicely decorated. Towels were nice!!
