Great place

Great place to stay near Chania. WiFi connection is a little slow but otherwise very good spacious house.

Canadians in Chania

Our place was very spacious for 4 people ( 2 couples), kitchen well equipped, lots of towels provided, great space for sleeping however beds were uncomfortable. Location was very good once we figured out where we were and where the main road was ( restaurants, groceries and bus to harbour). All in all, a very stood stay.

Wonderful location just outside Chania

The property was great for visiting with a car. Was able to access Chania easily for a family that did not want to stay in town. The house was modern and very clean. We did have a few challenges. The hot water worked for 1 day and then not at all the rest of the time. We had been traveling for a week and needed to do laundry and had little warm water to do wash. We were planning on cooking over Christmas due to closed restaurants, unfortunately the stovetop did not work at all. The oven worked but was not turned on so we were told to turn the stove on from the main electrical switch. It’s was cold while we were there so we ran the wall heaters which caused the main electrical to trip off. Had to wait a while and reset power. The property manager was very helpful when we arrived. He gave us great restaurant recommendations. He was able to sort out a couple issues the first day. It was Christmas Eve and day when found out we didn’t have hot water. We didn’t want to disrupt holidays, so we made do. However, the owners should know there are issues with the electrical and hot water.

Top Lage für den Westen der Insel

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr gut bei Chania. Chania zentrum ist per Mietwagen in 15 Minuten erreicht. Strand per Mietwagen in 5 Minuten. Mietwagen ist aber Pflicht. Das Haus ist geräumig, klimatisiert und gepflegt. Uns hat es gut gefallen
