Gateway to Zion - Sleeps 8!

This is a perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts. ATV riding is legal on the road, from this location to your trailhead. We are a half hour scenic drive to Zion National Park. There are a variety of hiking trails throughout Hurricane and St. George. We are just 10 minutes from Sand Hollow, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and Quail Creek Reservoir. Kolob reservoir is just one hour scenic drive away, if you enjoy camping and fishing. There are several golf courses 10 minutes away. 50 minutes away is Brian head ski resort. 35 minutes away from Tuachan Ampitheatre. Yohu will be 1.4 miles away from gas stations, restaurants, and a Cinemax theatre.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood away from all the hustle of city life. You can kick back and take in the beautiful scenery. Plenty of twinkling stars to see at night, and you might even hear the hoot of an owl. You'll have private living quarters with a full kitchen in this basement apartment. Your place is furnished with everything you need to feel right at home. There's a 55 inch TV and Xbox gaming console with games. A separate entrance to this apartment through the garage and down the stairs. There's plenty of parking on the property for your vehicles and ATV's.

Super clean, spacious, and comfy beds!

Owners are very responsive, the space was very clean. Would definitely stay there again. We would only suggest maybe having a box of tissues available, and a hand towel in the kitchen.for drying off hands and dishes :)

We stopped here on our way to Zion National Park. It looked better than the pictures showed. It was nice and clean. The owners were really nice and accommodating as well.

Exactly as described

This is a cute little place tucked just outside of Zion. We choose this place due to its location. The owner was very accommodating to help entertain all age groups. We had books for our 5 year olds and the original Xbox for my boys who are a little older. There was also a kerig like coffee machine, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Wondetful Host

Craig is a wonderful host. He knew we would check in late so he stayed up late to greet us and helped us with the luggages. Although it was a short stay but we really enjoyed the Vrbo. It is super clean and has plenty of spaces. The neighbour is also very safe. We will come back again.

Fantastic basement apartment.

The communication was great and the unit was very large. Two big bedrooms and huge living room with 2 sofas. Will definitely be back on my next trip to the area.

All you could ask for on vacation: quiet, clean and comfortable. Also very spacious for our 3 travelers. We particularly loved the small cupboard under the stairs (for HP fans)! Very close to the grocery store and restaurants. Easy drive to both Kolob Canyon and the main Zion entrance. Would highly recommend!!

Great place to stay. The basement apartment is very large and the location is an easy drive into town. Bed was so comfy and loved the convenience of a full kitchen. We will stay here again the next time we come to Hurricane.

Family of 5 stayed 2 nights at the property. There was a gap in between our two nights. Our 1st night was great everything went smooth. Our 2nd night the communication was not there, had to reach out the homeowner about the code. When we arrived they have had a waterleak and didnt tell us. -just had a sign sorry for this inconvenience. Part of the "walkway" was cut off with machines to dry the carpet. If we had known we would have stayed elsewhere. Other than that our stay was good.

Great short stay in Hurricane, UT!

Susan and Craig’s property was perfect for a short stay in between days exploring Zion National Park! The basement unit is incredibly spacious and although it was only 3 of us staying there, several more people could also have comfortably stayed. The unit was clean, and comfortable and I would certainly stay again in the future!

I have lived in Southern Utah with my husband and five children for over 25 years. Its a beautiful place in the desert. And still a small town atmosphere.

Why they chose this property

Our home is located in the Hurricane south fields in a very safe neighborhood. Lots of stars to see at night and quiet surroundings, makes this a great place for rest and relaxation. In the evening you can enjoy lots of grass and a walking/jogging track at our intermediate school just across the street. Close to grocery store, and restaurants. Our area is in the best centralized location for visiting the parks, atv/biking access, and purchasing value.
