The property does need new carpeting in both the downstairs and upstairs. Other than that the accommodations are good.

The hosts were so welcoming, informative and thoughtful from the pre-arrival, to check in, to follow through during our stay. The unit was perfect for our family of 3, each bedroom was bright, comfortable and so clean. We loved the views, the patio out to the lawn and dock and the living room/kitchen/dining offered plenty of space for end of day comfort. Loved it and can't wait to return!
