Some pets allowed with advance approval & a non-refundable $250 rent to be paid upon booking.

My husband and I purchased this condo as a second home. We currently bounce back and forth from Tahoe to Palm Springs.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the complex first. The people are friendly. The grounds are beautifully maintained. It is close to the heart of town. We knew we could really make the unit our own. It seemed like a great condo to retire in the future.

What makes this property unique

The views from the living room and the common pool/hot tub area are stunning. The entire complex is small and on one floor, so you don't have neighbors above or below, so it's usually nice and quiet. We also really love enjoying our morning coffee on the private patio.
