Featuring a beautiful golf course view from the patio, which has easy access to kitchen and BBQ. Unit offers washer and dryer.
Located near the Tahquitz Creek Municipal Golf Course and off East Palm Canyon Dr. Very close to shopping, restaurants and more.
Community amenities include two tennis courts are available to guest along with the multiple pools and spas. This resort is not directly affiliated with any Golf Course, However can schedule you a tee times at any of the surrounding Courses.
This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

Needs a lot of TLC
We had numerous complaints about the unit and we felt significant upgrades needed to be made. We left a lengthy list of upgrades that need to be made to make it even rentable. Unfortunately the rent we paid for a budget unit was way too much. Very disappointed
