Need clear instructions on the entrance to the building, code was not working. It took me 1:20 mins to find the parking pass and card to park my vehicle. My code wasn’t activated to get in the unit. I was directed to a different unit to get the parking pass then redirected back to the unit I had booked.

For clarity, all entrance instructions, door codes, and parking information were provided ahead of time through the platform messages. The correct unit and parking pass location were included, and we also re-sent the details again before your arrival. It appears the information wasn’t followed, which caused the delay and confusion. We’re always available during check-in to assist, and we didn’t receive any message from you at the time, or we would have happily helped right away.
