Remove all leftover food From the refrigerator and remove all trash from restrooms and kitchen and place them outside on the black trash container.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ABSOLUTELY NO SHOOTING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY, MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL CHARGES IF GUEST VIOLETS THIS POLICY. A WAIVER MUST BE SIGN.
If there is an unauthorized Gathering/party or any disturbance with more than the occupant specified in the listing a fine of $200 will be charged.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is very quiet, with no traffic jams! the city is about 20 minutes away. But for our convenience we have a Dollar general store about 5 minutes from our property

What makes this property unique

Is very specious both the home and the outside, with a sand volleyball court, canopy and fire pit. To relax and enjoy the nature.
