With over 2,500 square feet of living space, a heated outdoor pool (open May through mid-September), and a fully fenced yard with three decks, a fire pit, and a natural gas grill, it’s a private oasis ready for year-round fun. Dogs are welcome to join the adventure.

Inside, unwind in the bright and open great room, cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and gather around the dining area for family meals or game night. The lower level offers even more room to spread out, featuring a cozy family room with a large-screen TV, PlayStation 4, full-size arcade game, and board games. Whether you're staying in or heading out, the home is designed for comfort, connection, and entertainment.

Sleep soundly in four thoughtfully decorated bedrooms: the Aqua Room with a double bed, the Coral Room with a king bed, and the Rose Room with a queen. The lower level includes the fourth bedroom with two queen beds and a queen pull-out or sectional in the common space, accommodating up to 12 guests with ease. Two full bathrooms, a half bath, and in-home laundry ensure a smooth and stress-free stay.

Just one mile from the entrance to Warren Dunes State Park, you’ll find towering sand dunes, scenic hiking trails, and wide sandy beaches perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and picnicking. Cherry Beach, Weko Beach, and the shores of Lake Michigan are also within easy reach. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
