Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time at this unit. It was clean and well appointed and a great locations along the Kona coast. Anything in the Kona stretch is only 10-15 minutes away but in a quite area.

The room was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more. A good location to all the Island's west side happenings, a beautiful view of the ocean & sunsets, fully stocked kitchen, beach equipment, a restaurant & pool on premisses and a beach next door. ... Our stay was heavenly!

We had a family vacation where we rented 5 condos at Magic sands the last of July, some units have an enclosed balcony where we preferred the open air, the bed was comfortable, room clean with a well-appointed kitchen. on the third floor we could see fish in the waves from the balcony, once a turtle. The beach was never too crowded to find a spot and hardly anyone used the pool. the taco restaurant had outside seating, parking was easy. But please note this is an older property without an elevator. Enjoy
