Forest Trail is a quiet tree-lined area with mostly full-time residents. Parking is limited to the driveway and directly in front of the home.

The beach is within walking distance 5-8 minutes. There are 2 beach access entrances at 33rd Ave & 34th Ave. Golf Carts are a great way to get around the Isle of Palms.
